Grind token ticker into account ID

One thing that can be interesting to do is to apply grinding to encode ticker symbol into the account ID itself. For example, the low 29 bits of an account encode a 6-character ticker symbol (or 33 bits for a 7-character symbol).

• you need to grind longer to find the ticket of your choosing

We already do about 32 bits of grinding for faucet accounts - so, this won't add any extra cost. In fact, for people who don't really care about which symbol is attached to their faucet, the grinding would decrees significantly (and maybe that's a con).
