I try to use UWS as my websocket server , I can compiled and run the chat demo application by VS C++ 2015 without node.js ,but I don't really know how the ws client send binary data to UWS,and broadcast to all ws client ,would you give me some hint, thank you.

I'm interested too in this topic but in a more broad sense. I want to take the ffmpeg rawvideo output and broadcast it to all websocket connections; e.g. I could use https://github.com/phoboslab/jsmpeg/blob/master/websocket-relay.js to do that or a custom implementation.
Is the ffmpeg rawvideo output enough for WSAvcPlayer or do I have to do additional changes to it?
