2BNB Heimdall Version: 1.x.x (stable/dev + commit hash)

Description:
Wanted in order:

  1. New person joins discord. They get a PM with the link and a welcome message to the server.
  2. They fill out a form. Once they complete it, "@Recruitment Officer" will get a ping informing them that a response has been filled out.
