Command - Add Absence/LOA

Ask the person how long etc. and then post in the correct format.

Format:

[start date] - [end date]
[reason]

To do:

• Create MySQL Database Schema
• Integrate !absent command into Heimdall
• Create Windows App for viewing absentees
• Integrate !absences command into Heimdall

Ford will be creating the windows app for viewing, and will be creating a DB schema for this. That's right, the data will be saved and viewable. I need to make Heimdall accept absence inputs from members only and then add them to the database.
Perhaps also allow it to blurt out whoever is still on scheduled absence? NCOs only for that one.

Actually this was only intended as a stop-gap whilst the website was getting built
