添加v2fly_v5支持 v2fly_v5，目前支持V2ray-core系列说明如下

1. v2fly即v2fly_v4,最新版本 V2Ray 4.45.2，默认启动文件名称wv2ray, 已经不支持在v2rayN中更新，请手动更新
2. v2fly_v5, 默认启动文件名称v2ray, 可在v2rayN中更新, 配置文件暂时还是V4格式
3. SagerNet, 因为和v2fly_v5启动名称相同，默认启动文件名称改为SagerNet,在v2rayN中更新后需要手工改名
4. xray, 默认启动文件名称xray, 可在v2rayN中更新

不知道为什么在我win 10 上面不能运行 ，我指的是把配置都粘贴了 ，没用，我在手机上面的可以 ，现在应该是软件的问题了
