Test Servers Download speed (Ctrl+T) apparently perform a Download Test but less than a second it shows 0.0

My Config works fine both with Upload and Download when I select it and set it as system proxy in V2ray but when I select "Test Servers Download speed (Ctrl+T)" to check download speed it apparently performs a Download Test but after less than a second it shows 0.0 and Test Completed menu appears.

V2rayN 6.23
Xray Core 1.7.5 1.8.0 and 1.8.1 was tested with no avail.

Any Idea ?
