Context

This will track the work from Survey to understand how we interpret the Initiatives board.

We realized that there may be different ideas among the team about the goals of this process and how it fits into our team workflow. We'd like more information from each team member to help us understand how you're thinking about the initiatives process, with the goal of aligning everyone on a process that works for us all.
