Mediaserver setup only allow pictures #912

Hello, I am using latest version of this app, and I following https://github.com/42wim/matterbridge/wiki/Mediaserver-setup-%5Badvanced%5D this page to config local mediaserver, everthing works well.

now what I need is just only download jpg, png files from telegram, and bridege the url to channel.

currentlly all files will be downloaded to MediaDownloadPath

MediaDownloadBlacklist is a blacklist, but what I want is a white list.
