First build does not run out of the box

I have cloned the GitHub repository and executed flutter pub get to install dependencies. It has come to my attention that the project contains outdated and deprecated code, which may pose compatibility challenges with the latest Flutter and Dart versions. I believe an update to the codebase would enhance compatibility and align the project with current best practices.

There are a lot of unused imports and a lot of warnings and errors
