What OSes does this invoke and/or install on?

I ask because:

1. I have an (x86-64) Windows 11 Pro installation, but would rather use a Linux-based OS, like Fedora 41's KDE Spin.
2. I'd rather have it installed than portable, so I'll choose whatever OS allows me to install it (whatever OSes it's packaged for).

FModel is only available for Windows. It can be built from source or downloaded from Releases. We provide a portable x64 executable through a compressed ZIP archive.
