把这个作为插件安装到 sublime 3 里，也就是复制到 sublime 3 的 package 目录下。重启 sublime 在菜单栏就能看到一个 VulHint 的菜单，点一下 enable，就开启了。

点了enable好像不会打勾或者提醒已经选中
