When on mobile devices, some items of the navbar are not clickable

When on mobile devices, the navbar's 'Dissemination' and 'Publication' elements are not clickable, thus being impossible to open these sections. On the other hand, the same is not happening with the 'The Project' section. We need to check what is difference between these elements and update the first two so they become clickable.
