Let's go through the branches and see if they have been merged - if yes, clean it up.

We cleaned up several branches earlier today. It's hard to know what purpose a branch has, how could we keep track of it?

Azure should install code coverage tool (lcov), it didn't
exist on Fedora and Ubuntu by default.
