User Story: User story 14: As PawerPay Kiosk, I would like to check my balance #1
Description: Provided a phone number, a CheckBalance should be created and used to follow the procedure. This method just creates that object and returns the ID alongside data to the user
- Write a REST API
- Write a service
- Write tests
