clean up data and map DB

Hi Jeff,

Before the workshop can you please clean up all the test data and maps. You can blast them all away. Note that I did upload a UTM boundary shp file today so please dont delete that. Cheers, Nick

Nick, can we close this one? Im assuming that some of the sample scenarios from the workshop should be deleted, but not all of them? We need to clean out /data (the NFS mount) of many of the test scenarios at some point too.
