Common species which fail lookup on the GBIF backbone

There are several cases where species from the checklist cannot be found on the GBIF backbone. These are saved to gbif_download_standalone/species_checklists/failed_searches/.

Common cases include:

• species name provided as Family sp1.. For example in Costa Rica list Cosmopterigidae,sp.1-sp4. or Acentropinae sp.1-sp.4
• The authority name does not match that on GBIF
• Species name simply not found on GBIF. For example from the Thailand list Ramadasa separata.
