Collaborate with allantc/pgadmin3-lts?

As you may have noticed, I cleaned up and rebased your commits for allentc/pgadmin3-lts#4, which just got merged.

While I mostly reused your commits as-is, there are some differences:

• Commits are based on the original pgAdmin III GIT history, so bisect and blame work
• I stripped all instances of autotools generated files being commited in the history, as these should be generated by the programmer before use
• I made a best effort to extract the changes within your initial commit into a separate commit, so that I could rebase the whole bunch

Based on this, do you think you could base your work on https://github.com/allentc/pgadmin3-lts in the future? Maintenance for pgAdmin III is scarce enough as it is and I think bundling whatever resources we have left in one place would be beneficial to everybody.
