builds or build instructions for macos

Anyone can give instructions on how to compile on a recent macOS ? (Mojave in my case)
wxWidgets 2.8 seems unable to compile and trying to use 3.1 in compat mode the pgadmin build dies early complaining about mixed libraries 32/64 ... trying to force 32 leads to compiler unable to cope for lack of support
Any help would truly be appreciated !
