We have detected that mpsc::Receiver cannot be globally shareable through static object. This is a requirement for #82 issue to complete due to the scope of Windows EvtSubscribe callback.

So, bumping FIM to Notify 5.1 will allow to use crossbeam channel instead of mpsc allowing to be globally accessed.
