Simplify categorization settings

There is a lot of repetition in the categorization panel. You can safely remove the "Rule (regex)" part by making it a header. A header could also hold a button for adding categories and rules. Here is my proposed solution to this:

Good ideas! I've definitely been bugged a bit by the Rule (regex): too :)

Feel free to submit a PR, or I will try and do something similar whenever I next do some work on the settings (not sure when).
