Real IP of my VPN clients

Hi, I hope someone can help, I have Adguard and WG as docker containers and both work fine, I point my WG DNS to AdGuard and it works. The only issue is that the IP shown in AdGuard is for the WG's container for all WG client. Is it possible for AdGuard to show the real IP of my WG clients: I'm using Portainer's stack and here is my AdGuardHome's docker-compose.
