what is 'host_ip_address' in queried domains?

Hello all, I am using AdGuardHome on openwrt with version v0.107.52.

There are a lot of requests host_ip_address and host_ip_address.lan in the queried domains.
What are the two address?
I've searched for a long time but I can't find any information about them.

host_ip_address and host_ip_address.lan are not in my /etc/hosts, which actually are:
