can't open settings for plug-in

so i installed the plug-in but i cant open settings.
i click it but nothing happens.

also when i try to access the plug-in from the drop-down menu
a window pops up sometimes.
i dont know what its for.
maybe its the plug-in window?
i just don't know how to use it.
i thought my opponent deck would show up there
with the deck type but there is nothing.

when im playing hearthstone it shows
that its try to find the type of deck
as im playing but there is no title of deck.
i thought it was supposed to give a deck type.

Settings used to work, but no longer opens for me.

The plug-in window does work for me though (once the opponent plays a card, deck possibilities show up there).
