support atomicSwap in mTree workbench RPC #31

The workbench/main.js deploy script provides a JSON-RPC interface for use by clients such as mTree.

Currently it is limited to simple "hello world" scenarios.

A goal from a Sep 27 discussion is to support a scenario more like test-atomicSwap.js.
