The test code is as follows:
curl -H 'accept: application/dns-message' -v 'https://blitz.ahadns.com/?dns=q80BAAABAAAAAAAAA3d3dwdleGFtcGxlA2NvbQAAAQAB'

In my region, it returns 403 error and hCaptcha.
