There is no log for this, as this is hardware-related.

see the smoothfont issue: https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/mc-mods/smooth-font/issues/37 for a temporary fix that will disable smooth font rendering

Crashes windows

This is a driver bug, so there's nothing I can do about this.
