Generating SPLIT and CONCAT layers

Hi,

I am trying to generate a model with SPLIT and CONCAT layers, and I see that both functions are in the code but are not implemented.

This would be usefull to generate YOLO type networks. Any plan on implementing them?

We are planning to integrate these components, but to be honest this might be several months away. There is some redesign happening with the frontend as we're planning to add more features. I'll keep you posted.
