Idea: treemacs version of eieio-browse

eieio-browse is used to browse classes defined in eieio. The interface is quite barebones and it would be nice to have a treemacs based UI

Not really a treemacs thing and not big enough to be its own package, but I think it'll be a good reference implementation for #677.
