I was trying to execute the program locally and faced this issue. It says that the 'local_settings' file is unavailable. I am attaching a snapshot of the issue. Let me know if I missed something

I tried to comment that line but still its not working for me.. Can you please elaborate on what exactly do we have to remove?
I am getting new error.

EMAIL_HOST_USER = EMAIL_HOST_USER
NameError: name 'EMAIL_HOST_USER' is not defined

For testing purpose you can comment the mail sending part
