What problem or use case are you trying to solve?
We should support GitLab PAT in Openhands (for auth, repository lists, etc)

Describe the UX of the solution you'd like
Use the same PAT field in the settings page; it should accept either a Github or Gitlab token to auth the user in

Do you have thoughts on the technical implementation?
