No blocks will stay broken in survival

When i break blocks they just respawn instantly and don't go into my inventory

this just in they do break but it takes them a few seconds to actually be destroy and go on the ground

how i fix?

Late reply- but never late than never.

Usually two reasons;
1.) Laggy server.
2.) You're within the spawn safe zone.

For my case anyways are usually those two.
