That looks like the Nolijium light overlay, but Nolijium does not show a tooltip like that when the overlay is toggled. You must be toggling another mod's light overlay. Check Video Settings -> Nolijium -> Utilities -> Enable Light Level Overlay. |

What happened?
After updating from 2.29 to 2.30 light overlay shows on all blocks even when disabled.
See below, this is when its disabled.
