Incompatible resource pack possibly causing issues connecting to server

I had just downloaded atm 7 to the sky and it either doesn't load or if it does it doesn't load me into the world. One of the times i got in I decided to look into the resource packs and it showed one is incompatible and I believe that's what's preventing me from playing the mod. does anyone know of a potential fix and or how to remove said incompatible resource pack? (because idk how to)
