Support SSG for demo apps #1007

Description
Currently the demo apps are run in local and built with simple CSR (React and Svelte use vite and the router is coded manually).

This issue proposes those demos to be built as SSG.
For React, this would involve using Next.js or Tanstack Start and for Svelte using Svelte-Kit.
