I was looking at everything, and I thought it looked fine, so I didn't find a reason not to get it, but once it hit 100% my computer said it detected a trojan virus. This is my first time trying out an Oot randomizer, so I don't know if this is normal or not.

It's not a trojan, antiviruses are just not very good at their job. Although this repository is deprecated and has been replaced by TestRunner's fork. There is also a web app now if you'd like to use that instead (it's more up to date as well with more features than this one), which doesn't require you to run the code on your own computer.

If you need anything else, it's probably a good idea to join the OoTR discord. Not many people keep up with this repository because it's not the current version any more, but the discord is full of very helpful people. If you really hate discord for one reason or another, making an issue on TestRunner's fork is more likely to be seen by more people, although they will probably also redirect you to the discord anyway.
