Add a config file to manage the project's content

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
As of now we have all the content hard coded in the components, and code files. All strings should not be tightly coupled from component files and should be driven from config file.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. create a config file
2. move all strings in config file
3. read the strings from config file in components
