Student Registration should use the Web Coach-Flow Tools

We want consistency and less maintenance so leveraging these web tools seems most appropriate.

Version 1:
Built-In browser functions (from the OS/WebKit) render and support normal interactions, but overriding root menu behaviors so the user stays entirely within the UX of the Coach App

Version 2:
The App provides the user the option to launch the tools app via an external default browser, ideally authenticating seamlessly (not requring a second login)
