Enable deletion of the custom resource

Currently, the deletion of the custom resource does not delete the resource from the Apicurio registry.

The deletion can be a risky operation so this might be intentional but it might be better to support the deletion to sync the content between Yamls and the actual resources in Apicurio registry..?

You can activate deletion of artifacts with the "apicurio.sync.delete.artifacts" property. Just set it to "true".
