On-Off Button to choose whether to remember volume.
With the option to set default volume when video starts if we choose Off.

This is a cool idea but would require rewriting major parts of the extension

Right now the volume is remembered by youtube via the native cookies - which means the extension doesn't actually do anything to the volume on load (unless we are in incognito - and then it tries to set the cookie)
