Describe the bug
As admin you are allowed to change the contract type associated to each user, but the change isn't saved.

To Reproduce
Go to user management page, edit a user, change the contract, save.
Re-open the user, contract isn't changed

Expected behavior
A change to the contract type made by the admin must be saved
