Remove unused cell trajectory data #13

There are two folders of cell trajectory data in data/cell_trajectories:

20240425_174057_487: Motility data from 2 hours post-treatment
20240426_095610_676: Motility data from 18 hours post-treatment

Only 20240425_174057_487 is analyzed for the pub. It would therefore make sense to remove 20240426_095610_676 to avoid confusion and extra data.

I'm wondering if it should also be removed from the git history?
