Refresh of #5266

@birbjam assigned to you. These are datamax labels printed off a roll
We have not covered these kinds of reports yet since they are printed from container interface. @ebraker @dusty is there a way for her to test these out without doing a container search?

@ebraker are the data for these labels getting queried correctly so that Dusty can review and migrate SQL?

From previous:
Example labels:
b_132.pdf
b_3956.pdf
s_2227.pdf
s_504.pdf

Big 4x15 labels:

Small 4x6 labels:

I can't imagine how it could be possible to develop reports without access to exemplary data. (If the concerns involve that same access and "real" data, there's a test box!)

The reports in question are:
UCM_Jar_consolidated_country_Large
UCM_JAR_consolidated_country_SMALL
UCM_JAR_consolidated_state_SMALL
UCM_JAR_consolidated_state_LARGE

These get printed from the edit container form. So you could query HERP_JAR-3956 for the two different country labels, and HERP_JAR-2227 for the state labels as examples.

d'oh-- do I have container access on test (I think so!) @birbjam please register for an account here: https://web.corral.tacc.utexas.edu:9013/ and send me the test user name. I'll set you up!
