Character data refresh not working in popup DM screen

Describe the bug
The character HP is not refreshing with the popup DM screen. It is refreshing properly in the browser in DNDBeyond on the campaign page, but when I use the pop out DM screen, it does not refresh and the refresh icon on the top right does not go away.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open pop out DM screen
2. Change a characters health in the campaign
3. Wait for the refresh interval.

Expected behavior
HP should refresh and show updated value.

I see the below errors in the console each time it tries to refresh.

This is the icon which shows up the first time it tries to refresh and does not go away after that.
