Move this to astroquery?

Hello. I saw this mentioned in bmorris3/telescopy#2 . Any plans to move this over to astroquery?

Hi pllim,
I have thought about submitting it as another subpackage to astroquery, but I think I'd need to put a bit more work into the docs and the code for it to be up to standard. Unfortunately I don't have time for that before the end of the year (given the need for scopesim to be released asap), but I'm more than happy for others to look into porting it. Maybe I can find a student willing to do that ;)
