T5 Androids not selectable for Prepare Carefully mod

I've been trying to do a little trolling with a colony full of T5s, but when I try to add one to my startup in Prepare Carefully, the game instead makes a random android colonist not of T5.

1. Prepare Carefully is incompatible with Humanoid Alien Races, a dependency for Android Tiers
2. T5 and M7 need to be enabled in the settings before they can appear on the starting screen.

Prepare Carefully does not play well with HAR generally. Use Character Editor instead. ;) It does all the same stuff too.
