Crash report 0x290 (2144-0001) Atmosphere crashes when opening homebrew while wifi is on

What's the issue you encountered?

After using the Hb appstore to download different brew, Atmosphere will occasionally crash with a 2144-0001 (0x290) error code siting an issue with program 0100000000001000 (which I CAN see with goldleaf's content exploration function, but have not been able to manually locate or identify.

How can the issue be reproduced?

Full disclosure, I have moved backups of games I own (I have 2 switches and several other N devices) but do not engage in piracy. A list of recent changes to my software list follows

Used the HB App Store to install edizon, tesla- overlay, and some overlays, sys-con and mission control. Then started getting the aforementioned crash if I attempted to load hbmenu in applet mode while connected to wifi, and a game crash if I attempted it via channel.

I was able to use NX-shell (in airplane mode) to do a dirty delete of both sys-con and mission control, I was then able to properly delete both after by doing it through the hb app store.
I still occasionally get this crash if I attempt to load some homebrew, regardless of how I attempt to load it.

So after pasting this error file in, I can actually see the program name and all it has done is add to my confusion bc I haven't installed qlaunch, so don't know why it would be giving me issues...insight is appreciated
