OOC Tab missing in screens of small width (Mainly problematic on phones)

It seems that ever since the new UI Update there is a problem where the "OOC" tab goes missing, from supporting several web users asking for help on this matter i have figured it out it has to do with the width of the screen. When using small mobile devices such as phones who have limited screen space often times the "OOC" Tab will be completly missing, depending on the width erasing the "players" tab will allow in some cases for it to show up again while on others the solution is different: For them tilting the phone sideways will temporarily allow the "OOC" tab to show up and be used even after tilting the phone back up, though when unselected it will dissapear again if held vertically.

It seems like it has something to do with the elements not compressing enough to fit the entire width of the bar and it simply hides the OOC tab from view.

Ohh i didnt see it. I dont really use web that often so i never had a chance to see it.

Unrelated but when getting on to test this i noticed this other bug where the little information window covers the join buttons making it impossible to join unless tilting the phone or using desktop mode.
