XMG support removed #219
Comments
I don't particularly remember removing them. What is the name of the device in Device Manager in Aurora you use? |
I added back Uniwill device, though there's a small chance it may not work the same https://github.com/Aurora-RGB/Aurora/releases/tag/v272 You can install this pre-release over. |
Unfortunately the newest build (with Uniwill support) does not fix the issue |
Which version are you on? |
I tried v272 as you suggested. |
I can't find the version with XMG support |
|
I can't find a specific mention of it though |
Could it be a plugin? |
At some point in the updates, support for the older XMG Neo devices was removed. While understandable, since the newer devices are no longer supported by Aurora, it forces me to keep an old version of Aurora. Is it possible that these old devices are still supported, even if through a plugin?
Aurora Version:
I'm sure that v260 already had the issue, not sure how long before it was caused
Previously an Issue?
I reverted back to an old installer file that I had: v131. Which works perfectly fine. I know it worked fine for a while after this, but not sure how long exactly and I haven't been able to find the commit that changes it.
