Start Aurora "Minimized" in the background not working

Expected Behaviour (if not obvious)

Logging into profile and aurora starting or even manually quitting and restarting aurora, the application should start minimized in the background in the system tray.

Actual Behaviour

Aurora starts, then pops up window of the control panel

Reproduction steps

just started the application

Aurora Version:

v300 and V301 affected

Previously an Issue?

in versions before aurorargb.exe (still aurora.exe) this issue didnt exist
