Describe the issue

One bug and one possibly-bug-possibly intentional:

First, the map POIs as introduced by #19536 flat out don't work.
Second (and possibly by intention), maintenance does not show on the map program

A note: if the maintenance absence is intentional, I can understand that- but I think it's a bit ugly when actually looking on the map. I think a better approach might be to mark out the outer walls of maintenance on the map without mapping out the inner walls.

As I write this, I find a third bug: Certain areas are simply absent (see: Security armoury, HoS office, brig)
